We offer the service of embossing part numbers onto silicone hoses. The mark is permanent—it will never fade, peel, or become damaged. In most cases, placing component part numbers in non-visible areas of the assembly is recommended to steer clear of confusion. Several methods are considered acceptable for part marking, such as inkjet marking, machining, engraving, laser etching, screen printing, ink stamping, and punch stamping; the selection varies based on the part being marked. Part marking shall be permanent and waterproof.  Paper labels are not acceptable. 

Adhesive labels are more suitable for the short-term and non-severe environmental identification needs of silicone hoses. The surface of the silicone hose is usually smooth, and it may come into contact with water, oil , chemicals or be exposed to high or low temperature environments. The adhesive labels are prone to falling off, warping, and illegible during long-term use.
